Survey Not Working ?

Link Goes Directly to a Kroger Feedback Welcome Page

If the survey link doesn’t open or directly goes to a welcome page or to a message saying you’ve already taken the survey, then the survey is set to allow only one response per Entry ID.

Link is Broken or Opens the Qualitrics Surveypage

If you’re having a problem to access a krogerfeedback survey and are taken to the Qualitrics Surveypage instead, this means the link is directed Qualitrics survey page. Links are character and case sensitive, so an extra space or a lower-case letter in place of an upper-case letter could break the link.

Rather than clicking on the hyperlink to Visit www.kroger.com/feedback, try copying and pasting the URL into your browser’s address bar. If that doesn’t work, please contact the customer support.

White Screen Issue While Accessing KrogerFeedback

Closed Survey

If a survey is closed, you will need to contact the survey creator to re-open the survey for you.

Disable your pop-up blocker

Once you click on the survey, pop up gets automatically closed due pop-up blocker, hold CTRL button as you click the link that begins the survey. If you are still having problems, disable your pop-up blocker in your chrome browser’s “Settings” menu, navigate to “Site settings” under “Pop-ups and redirects” (if using Google Chrome), or under “Options” (if using Firefox). Select “Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects” & reload the site and try re-launch the survey site now.
